Directed by Paul W.S. Anderson and based on a story by George R.R. Martin, the film centers on a queen who, desperate to realize her love, takes a bold step: she sends the powerful and feared witch Grey Alys (Mila Jovovich) to the wild and ghostly lands of the Lost Lands in search of magical power, where the witch and her guide, the vagabond Boyce (Dave Bautista), must outwit and battle men and demons.
